
Hello everyone and welcome to another Quick Bite! In this short, I'll be talking about the process of making my homemade cranberry sauce and about the endless debate between canned and homemade! Thank you so much for listening, and thank you so much for coming on this journey with me.
Ingredients List-
1/2 c dark sugar (more or less to taste)
2 large oranges, zested and juiced (1 cup of juice)
2 lemons, zested and juiced
1 cup white wine
1 cinnamon stick
5 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed
Instructions-
Bring everything but cranberries to a boil over medium heat.
Add cranberries and cook until reduced and thickened.
Strain through a wire mesh colander to remove the skins.
Transfer to a dish to cool.
